Every item is identified, classified, and tagged with high-visibility route labels. This ensures the cargo remains grouped correctly for either Siargao or Dinagat Island.

LOG in Received Items

The tagged goods are immediately logged into the ERP administrative portal. Checker logs are uploaded, establishing real-time tracking entries in the database.

Goods Arrive & Inspect

Consolidated cargoes arrive at our main Surigao City depot. Checkers verify the physical cargo quality and total item quantity against the carrier manifest.

Invoice Check-Off

The delivery invoice is checked off line-by-line against actual received counts. Any discrepancy is immediately logged and flagged in system reports.

Placement (Warehouse / Direct Loading)

Depending on route schedules, cargo is either placed in our secure sorting warehouse or moved directly onto loading bays for transit trucks with forklift support.

Delivery Sign-off & Transaction Slip

Checkers sign off the physical delivery sheet. A transaction slip is printed and tagged, confirming receiving formalities are complete.

Driver Inspection

Before dispatch, drivers inspect the loaded cargo to verify load-bearing capacity, strapping safety, and match overall weight guidelines.

Invoice vs. Load Audit

The dispatch invoice is audited against actual items loaded onto the truck deck to prevent route cross-contamination.

Loading Complete & Dispatch

Goods are finalized on the deck. The truck is marked as loaded and dispatched to the Surigao Port for island barge crossings.

Sign-off & Encoding

The driver signs off the route dispatch order. The transaction slip details are forwarded to database encoders to update transit statuses live.
